The staff provided exceptional hospitality, always polite and willing to assist, which truly enhanced the experience. The Japanese breakfast was delightful and nutritious, featuring local favorites that we enjoyed every morning. However, the room was somewhat basic and could benefit from a few more amenities, and the futons took some getting used to, which might not be everyone's preference. The location was convenient, a short walk from key attractions but could feel a bit noisy at times due to nearby activities.

I spent 4 nights in a Japanese-Style Standard Twin Room with a private bathroom, and I absolutely loved the warm hospitality from the staff. The location is perfect, just a short walk to key attractions, and the breakfast offered a delightful taste of Japanese cuisine that felt homemade. One little issue was that I couldn't keep the air conditioning on while turning off the lights at night, but it didn’t detract from my overall experience.
